These studies are aimed at encouraging us in our personalwitness, although it is hoped that the context of group and church will enable us to appreciate also the place of the corporate in our witness.
The call to be witnesses and the commission to communicate the gospel was given to the church as a body, and one striking feature of the early church is that of a community working together towards this common goal. While our own wit`ness may be 'person to person', we too, like the church in Acts, need each other to communicate the gospel fully.
