Nathan was installed as a Bishop in a very poor diocese in the north of Rwanda on the 11th January 2009. This means that Florence has had to resign from her job as she is needed to work alongside Nathan. Florence and Nathan need to make many decisions in their new situation as it is a long way from where they now live and the children will have to be boarded out in Kigali where they are being educated.
